　During the upcoming InterTEXTILE Beijing 2008 (March 27 th – 29 th ), an event named “ Growing Comfort and Elegance ” for the latest developments in viscose fashion is ready to be presented.
　Viscose fibers have been recognized by more and more consumers in last two years. The market demand increased dramatically and the viscose industry in China also grows rapidly. In order to help consumers and professionals in the textile and apparel industry to better understand the broad applications of viscose fibers, as well as to promote communication and cooperation between upstream and downstream players, Sateri International Group has initiated this special event to present the latest developments in viscose fashion, which will be the first ever fashion event with fibers, the upstream raw materials, playing the leading role. The activity has been strongly supported by China National Textiles Development Center (CNTDC) and the Sub-Council of Textile Industry, China Council for the Promotion of International Trade ( CCPIT TEX ). >>

　　粘胶纤维是粘纤的全称。
　　粘纤是古老的纤维品种之一。在 1891 年，英国人克罗斯（ Cross ）、贝文（ Bevan ）和比德尔（ Beadle ）等首先以棉为原料制成了纤维素黄酸钠溶液，由于这种溶液的粘度很大，因而命名为 “ 粘胶 ” 。粘胶遇酸后，纤维素会重新析出。根据这一原理， 1893 年发展成为一种制造纤维素纤维的方法，这种纤维就叫做 “ 粘胶纤维 ” 。到 1905 年，德国米勒尔（ Muller ）等发明了一种稀硫酸和硫酸盐组成的凝固浴，实现了粘胶纤维的工业化生产粘纤 , 又叫人造丝、冰丝、粘胶长丝。近年来 , 还出现了名为天丝、竹纤维的新品种。在棉、真丝等 12 种主要纺织纤维中，粘纤的含湿率最符合人体皮肤的生理要求，它还具有光滑凉爽、透气、抗静电、染色绚丽等特性。
